Frequently asked questions

We are here to assist you with any inquiries you may have regarding our services.

This form is the official application for all students and groups intending to run in the 2025 SRC Elections. This includes both Independent Candidates and Student Organisations applying for recognition and candidacy.

To ensure a smooth application, please have all required digital files ready.

  • Independent Candidates: You will need a high-resolution headshot picture (JPG/PNG) and a scanned copy of your signed Electoral Code of Conduct (PDF/DOC).

  • Student Organisations: You will need your high-resolution official logo (JPG/PNG), a copy of the Electoral Code of Conduct signed by both your Chairperson and Secretary (PDF/DOC), and your list of candidates (full names and student numbers).

On Step 3 of the form ("Submit"), a section will appear for your candidate list. You can click the "+ Add Candidate" button to create a new row for each candidate. You can add up to 5 candidates for Institutional SRC or up to 10 for Campus SRC.

After you click "Submit Registration" on the final step, you will receive an automatic confirmation email sent to the address you provided in the form. This email will contain a copy of your application for your records. If you do not receive it within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
